Friday, August 14, 2015. Happy Friday, friends! I am finally getting around to sharing a couple images from pictures we had done when Avalon was about a month old, as well as her birth announcement! Some of just Avalon, some of both the girls, and some with our entire family of four! I shared a sneak peek here. And am excited to include the rest soon, but for now, I wanted to focus on a couple favorites of Avalon and the girls, the images we used for her announcement. You all probably know about my obses.

Stitches and seams make me happy. I would imagine a lot of people that sew make some sort of plan or sewing list be it physical or mental, I personally do both. But on occasion, probably more often than not, those plans go out the window, well mine do anyway for whatever reason. I initially thought of a scarf type wrap around dress, but then, lightbulb! Why not make some shorts that look like a skirt, aka Tania culottes.
